BloodMoon Games™ has been around since 1996 when two friends Adrian Sweeney and John Bankhead got together and decided to start writing a role-playing game that would be great fun to play. After deciding to write a fantasy based game and came up with the name "Swords & Scrolls ©" for it. We started working on the game mechanics to define how character stats would work, after several months of continual dice throwing, we had the main basics of the game worked out. Play testing with different groups of role-players some new to role-playing some experienced resulted in a general feeling that the system worked well.

Currently we have two games a fantasy based RPG called "Swords & Scrolls ©" and a Special Ops game called "Black Operations ©".

It is hoped that this site will become a repository for all information on the games produced by BloodMoon Games©. A knowledge base will be available for each game that will allow guides to plan different scenarios, it is our hope that the knowledge base will include maps of the different countries and information that will stimulate guides and possibly authors of short stories.
